摘　　要：为提高劳动生产率、降低工人劳动强度,以生产8×19S+NF、Ф10 mm电梯曳引钢丝绳为例,按照交货产品的长度,计算出需要工字轮的直径;依据18/300管式股绳机生产时操作工在各工序所需时间,计算出每人在操作各型号管式股绳机的机台数量;最后通过各型号股绳机的运转速度和作业率,综合计算出最佳股绳机的机型为18/350管式股绳机。为了进一步探讨采用该型号股绳机的可行性,在保证产品质量达标的前提下,通过测量最小规格钢丝在18/300管式股绳机上生产时钢丝拉力与工字轮装满钢丝时总质量的比值,计算出在18/350管式股绳机上可以装轮的最小规格钢丝长度为57 000 m,可满足生产需要。In order to increase labor productivity, reduce labor intensity, taking 8 × 19S ＋ NF, diameter 10 mm elevator wire rope for example, to calculate necessary spool diameter according to delivery product length; to calculate operable tu- bular stranders number per capital according to working time of 18/300 type stranders; to optimum type was calculated syn- thetically at the end according to the running speed and operability of every kind strander , the optimum model is 18/350 type strander. In order to further probe into the feasibility of adopting the type strander, under condition of ensuring product quality standard, by measuring the ratio of minimum specification steel wire tension as 18/300 tubular strander producing to total mass of the steel wire on full spool, the minimum length on full spool of 18/350 strander was calculated, the length is 57 000 meters, which can meet production needs.
