摘 要:全球经济一体化的今天,港口作为国民经济资源配置的枢纽,不断影响着一个国家和地区的产业结构和经济布局,成为区域经济发展的驱动力。日本在上世纪依托港口优势,形成了以京滨港和阪神港为中心的两大海岸经济圈,经济得到了迅速发展。本文运用专业化指数和Shift-share(偏离-份额)分析法对2002—2013年日本主要港口地区制造业产业结构特点及经济成长因素进行分析,研究发现,日本港口地区优势制造业对该地区经济增长具有显著的促进作用。优化港口地区产业结构,发展优势产业,是发展地区经济的重要途径,对我国港口城市及区域经济发展具有重要启示。With the economic globalization in recent years, port as the hub of resource allocation in the na- tional economy, has turned out to be an important driving force of regional economic development, continuing to affect national and regional industrial structure and economic layout. In the last century, Japan relying on the advantages of the port, has formed the two major coastal economic circles with the Tokyo-Yoko- hama port and the Osaka-Kobe port as centers, and the economy obtained rapid developing. In this paper, the specialization index and Shift-share analysis method are used to analyze the characteristics of the manufacturing industry structure and the factors of the economic growth in the major port areas of Japan in 2002--2013, to find that the advantaged manufacturing industry of port region played a significant role in promoting the regional economic development. Japan's experience has great implications for China's port city and regional economic development. Optimizing the industrial structure of port area in China and developing the advantage industry is an important way to develop the regional economy.
