摘　　要：张彝是北魏名臣,作为北魏孝文帝改革的积极推动者,为迁都洛阳和推行汉化政策做出了一定贡献。其因经常出使巡检地方,办事雷厉风行,而声名远播。他在担任秦州刺史期间,为我国西北地区经济社会发展做出了重要贡献。Zhang Yi, a famous minister in the Northern Wei Dynasty, was an active promoter of Emperor Xiaowen＇ s reform ; he made a contribution to moving the capital to Luoyang and the implementation of the policy of Hanization. Due to his regular inspection mission, carrying out his tasks vigorously and effectively, he earned his reputation. When served as governor of Qinzhou, he made an important contribution to the economic and social development in Northwest china.
