摘 要:针对厚松软破碎顶板强度低、节理裂隙发育、遇水强度弱化及变形难以控制等问题,采用现场监测与数值模拟等方法,改进厚松软破碎顶板支护方式,提出"局部注浆+浅部围岩锚杆、锚索、金属网支护"的联合支护方案。数值模拟结果表明,围岩塑性区面积显著减小,锚杆、锚索发挥承载作用;现场试验表明,淋水区域的巷道顶板下沉量仅为107 mm,且围岩松动破碎范围大大减小。Aiming at problems such as low intensity of thick soft broken roof, joint fissures, water strength weakening and uncontrolled deformation, supporting of thick soft broken roof has been improved by using site monitoring and numerical simulation. The paper puts forward the joint supporting scheme of "local grouting + shallow surrounding rock bolt, cable, metal mesh support". Numerical simulation results show that the area of surrounding plastic-zone reduces significantly, bolt and anchor play a role of bearing. Site testing shows that roadway roof subsidence of watering area is only 107 mm, and broken loose range of surrounding is greatly reduced.
