数字化门诊建设对济南市城区预防接种服务满意度的影响研究

摘　　要：目的了解济南市城区数字化门诊建设对儿童家长预防接种服务满意度的影响,为进一步完善接种门诊建设、提高接种质量提供依据。方法在5个城区分别随机选取数字化预防接种门诊、普通规范门诊各1个,对352名调查对象开展问卷调查。比较两类门诊环境设施、基本服务、技术水平等方面满意度的差异。结果儿童家长对预防接种服务总体评价较高,平均分数为(89.03±7.53)分,87.50%家长对服务评价在80分以上。儿童家长在标识、卫生状况、接种秩序、门诊布局服务流程、对疫苗的介绍等方面对数字化预防接种门诊的满意度分别为93.63%、89.81%、82.17%、87.26%、92.99%和68.15%,均高于普通规范门诊(89.74%、68.72%、73.33%、77.44%、83.08%和61.86%),而对接种等待时间、接种后注意事项告知的满意度(52.23%)低于普通门诊(65.46%)(P>0.05)。结论济南市城区数字化门诊建设改善了服务环境和接种秩序,更好地确保接种安全,但等候时间过长等问题仍需完善和提高。Objective To understand the influence of construction of digital immunization on satisfactory degree of vaccination service among children＇s parents in the urban area,Jinan city, so as to provide the basis for further improvement of immunization clinic construction and quality of immunization. Methods One Expanded Planning Immunization （EPI） standard immunization clinic and one digital clinic were randomly selected from each district respectively. 352 parents were surveyed using the unified questionnaire in the above clinics. Comparison was made between two types of clinics in environmental facilities, basic services, technical level and other aspects of satisfaction differences. Results High evaluation was given to vaccination service by the parents,and the average scores were 89.03±7.53. 87.50% parents gave the high scores （≥80）. The satisfactory degree was higher given to the digital immunization clinics than the EPI standard outpatient department on the signs （93.63% vs 89.74%）, sanitary conditions （89.81% vs 68.72%）, vaccination order （82.17% vs 73.33%） ,section design （87.26% vs 77.44%） ,process （92.99% vs 83.08%） ,and introduction on vaccine （68.15%vs 61.86%）. But the degrees on waiting time and informing after inoculation were lower given to the digital immunization clinics than those of EPI standard immunization clinics（52.23% vs 65.46%）（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The construction of digital clinics has improved the service environment and vaccination order, thus further ensure the safety of immunization, but there is still room for improvement and enhancement especially on the longer waiting time and other problems.
