摘　　要：文章认真研究和总结地方高校毕业生就业特点,从毕业生、高校以及政府和社会等各方面分析了影响地方高校毕业生就业质量的因素,同时结合地方高校的特点从三方面提出了提高毕业生就业质量的措施和策略。The local colleges are an important part of colleges and universities, and it is of great significance to study the quality of graduate employment problem. This paper study and summarizes carefully the characteristics of local college graduates employment. The paper also, analyzes the factors affecting the quality of local university graduate employment from the unit of chosen and employed persons, the graduates, college and society and various aspects. At the same time, combining with the characteristics of local colleges and universities, it put forward the measures and strategies to improve the quality of graduate employment.
