摘　　要：目的了解高校女大学生的生殖卫生状况,为促进女大学生生殖健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用便利抽样方法,随机抽取南京市某高校510名女大学生,使用自编调查问卷进行调查,统计并分析结果。结果高校女大学生个人卫生意识淡薄,便后不能正确擦拭肛门的女生占52.9%,穿非纯棉内裤的比例为53.2%,便前不洗手的女生有73.5%,不了解六步洗手法的占58.8%。结论女大学生生殖卫生状况不容乐观,相关知识的健康教育有待加强,以促进女大学生养成良好的卫生习惯。Objective To understand reproductive health of female college students and to provide reference for reproductive health education for female college students. Methods With convenient sampling, a total of 510 female college students were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results Female college students had weak personal hygiene consciousness. Totally, 52.9% of the students did not know how to wipe the rectal area after a bowel movement and 53.2% of them had non-cotton underpants.Students without washing their hand before urination or defecation accounted for 73.5% and those did not know six-step hand-washing method for 58.8%. Conclusion Female college students have weak reproductive health consciousness and it is necessary to strengthen health education to enhance their good health habits.
