胰周感染合并浸渍性皮炎患者应用康乐宝造口护肤粉联合3M液体敷料的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨重症急性胰腺炎胰周感染合并浸渍性皮炎患者采用康乐宝造口护肤粉联合3M液体敷料的应用效果。方法选取重症急性胰腺炎胰周感染合并浸渍性皮炎患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组采用传统的氧化锌软膏换药,观察组采用康乐宝造口护肤粉联合3M液体敷料换药,观察比较2组患者浸渍性皮炎的疗效及引流口周围皮肤疼痛情况。结果观察组患者浸渍性皮炎疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者引流口周围皮肤疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胰周感染合并浸渍性皮炎患者采用康乐宝造口护肤粉联合3M液体敷料换药,能有效改善引流口周围皮肤炎性反应,促进受损皮肤的修复,并能减轻患者引流口周围皮肤疼痛,提高患者的舒适度,值得临床借鉴使用。Objective To explore the nursing of pancreatic juice dipping dermatitis after the operation of peripancreatic infection of severe acute pancreatitis（SAP） used the coloplast ostomy powder in combination with 3M liquid dressing. Methods Eighty-four patients with pancreatic juice dipping dermatitis of postoperative peripancreatic infection of SAP were admitted and divided randomly into experiment group and control group, with 42 patients in each group. Traditional method of zinc oxide ointment on skin care was applied in control group and the Coloplast Ostomy powder in combination with 3M liquid dressing in experiment group. Dermatitis curative effect and the pain around drainage port were compared in both groups. Results The dermatitis curative effect in experiment group was better than that in control group（P〈0.05）. The pain score around drainage port in experiment group was lower than that of control group, and there was significantly statistical differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Coloplast Ostomy powder in combination with 3M liquid dressing for skin care is effective for the treatment of pancreatic juice dipping dermatitis after operation of SAP of peripancreatic infection and it is worth to be promoted clinically.
