摘  要:目的探讨混合糖电解质与葡萄糖对全肠外营养液临床配制稳定性的影响。方法将10%的葡萄糖注射液作为对照组,将混合糖电解质注射液作为研究组,分别加入到相同配方、相同剂量的全肠外营养液中,在不同的时间节点取样观察两组注射液的变化。结果研究组48h内外观、p H值与对照组比较无显著性差异,渗透压增高约100m Osm·L-1,不溶性微粒、脂肪乳颗粒随时间的转移变化较大。结论混合糖电解质注射液对全肠外营养液的稳定性有一定的影响,临床上应现配现用,严格控制其含量。OBJECTIVE To discuss the influence of carbohydrate and electrolyte injection and glucose on the stability of preparation of total parenteral nutrition (TPN) solution. METHODS 10% of glucose injection was set as a control group, carbohydrate and electrolyte injection was set as a research group, they were added to the TPN solution with same formula and same dose. Samplings at different times were observed. RESULTS In research group within 48h,the appearance and pH value had no significant differences compared with the control group, osmotic pressure increased about 100 mOsm· L-1, insoluble particles and fat emulsion particles had larger changes over the transfer of time. CONCLUSION Carbohydrate and electrolyte injection has a certain impact on the stability of TPN solution, so it should be prepared instantly and used instantly and its content should be strictly controlled.
