摘　　要：目的建立SD大鼠舌黏膜癌模型。方法 0.002%4-硝基喹啉-1-氧化物(4-NQO)饮水法喂养36周诱导舌黏膜癌的发生,肉眼及组织病理学观察癌变表现。结果舌黏膜癌发生率在第27周和第36周分别为57.14%和100%。结论 4-NQO诱导舌黏膜癌的成功率高且稳定,但周期长。OBJECTIVE To establish the rat model of tongue mucosal carcinoma. METHODS 0. 002% a- queous solution of 4-nitroquinoline-l-oxide（4-NQO） was administered to mice by oral drinking for 36 weeks to induce tongue mucosa] carcinoma. RESULTS The incidence rate of tongue mucosal carcinoma of mice was 57. 14% and 100% respectively at 27weeks and 36weeks. CONCLUSION 4-NQO could successfuly induced tongue mucosal carcinoma, the incidence rate was high and significantly, but the experience time was long.
