摘　　要：对兰花多倍体人工育种的物理、化学和生物等途径,以及染色体倍性鉴定做了综述,介绍了兰科植物染色体多倍体化的研究现状,总结多倍体培育过程中存在的问题,为兰花多倍体育种产业化提供参考。The conventional physical, chemical, and biological orchid polyploid breeding approaches and relevant chromosomal ploidy determination methods are reviewed in this paper, and the research progress of orchid chromosome polyploidization and the existing problems in the breeding process of orchid polyploid are also summarized, all of which will provide a wealth of information for the industrialization of orchid polyploid breeding.
