三七血伤宁胶囊中贵重药材重楼的质量控制

摘　　要：目的 控制三七血伤宁胶囊中贵重药材重楼的质量。方法 高效液相色谱法同时测定三七血伤宁胶囊中重楼皂苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ4种皂苷的含量。采用Sun Fire C18色谱柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）;乙腈-水;梯度洗脱。结果 4种重楼皂苷的标准曲线线性良好（r〉0.9992）,回收率99.14%~100.06%。可用于中成药三七血伤宁胶囊中4种皂苷的定量分析。结论 该方法准确、简捷、无干扰,可用于三七血伤宁胶囊中重楼的的定量分析和质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a simultaneous determination method of steroid alsaponin Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ in Sanqi Xueshangning capsules by RP-HPLC. METHODS The column was SunFire C,s （4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm）. The mobilephase was acetonitrile-water with gradientelution at a flow rate of 1.0mL· min-1. The UV detection was performed at 203nm. RESULTS The calibration curves showed good linearity （r 〉 0. 9992 ）. The recoveries of the foursteroidal saponins were from 99. 14% - 100. 16%. The results showed that the contents of the four steroidal saponins in Sanqi Xueshangning capsules had lilttle different. CONCLUSION The method is ccurate, convenient, and suitable for the quantitative analysis of four saponins from Sanqi xueshangning capsules.
