摘　　要：目的合成一种新型芳香羧酸钴配合物并解析其结构。方法由3,3',4,4'-联苯四羧酸,1,10-邻菲啉,醋酸钴采用水热法反应,利用X射线单晶衍射对单晶产物进行表征。结果得到一种新型芳香羧酸钴配合物,表征了其结构。结论制备了一种新型芳香羧酸钴配合物〔Co(H2btc)(phen)(H2O)3〕(H2btc=3,3',4,4'-联苯四羧酸,phen=1,10-邻菲罗啉),为后续的生物活性研究打下基础。OBJECTIVE To synthesize new aromatic carboxylate Cobalt（ Ⅱ ） complex and determine its structure. METHODS Using hydrothermal method, the reaction of 3,3＇, 4,4＇-biphenyl tetracarboxylic acid, 1,10- phenanthroline, cobalt acetate in aqueous solution gave rise to the product,which structure was determined by single X-ray analysis. RESULTS The product isa new aromatic carboxylate cobalt （ Ⅱ ） complex and its stucture stud- ied. CONCLUSION The new cobalt（ Ⅱ） complex[ Co （H2btc） （phen） （H2 O）3] and its scientific data will be a firm foundationfor further studies on its biological activity.
