摘 要:将愈创木酚分别以水溶态、附着残留物和挥发态的形式作用于萝卜幼苗,研究了3种作用方式对幼苗生长指标(根长、苗高、干重)的影响。结果表明:愈创木酚通过溶于水、附着于滤纸上以及蒸汽的形式均可对萝卜幼苗生长产生影响,其中,水溶态愈创木酚对幼苗生长的影响依赖于浓度效应,高浓度时主要表现为抑制作用,低浓度时则表现为促进作用;附着于滤纸上和挥发态愈创木酚对萝卜幼苗生长的影响均表现为抑制作用,且抑制效果随着附着量的增多和暴露在其中时间的延长而提高。It was investigated that the effects of guaiacol on the growth index of radish seedlings (root length, shoot length, dry weight) from different action methods, guaiacol dissolved in water, attached to filter paper and the form of steam respectively. The results showed that guaiacol dissolved in water, attached to filter paper and the form of steam could all influence the growth of radish seedlings. The effects of guaiacol dissolved in water on radish depend on the concentration, guaiacol of higher concentration could exhibit inhibition and the treatment of low concentration could promote the growth of radish seedlings. Guaiaeol attached to filter paper and volatilized could all inhibit the growth of radish seedlings. And the inhibition effects increased with the increase of residual quantity and exposure time.
