摘  要:针对管材连续热处理装置由多台单体设备和操作台组成、且单体设备即可以独立操作,又可以联动操作,单体设备或操作台之间需要进行数据通信的实际情况,结合集散控制系统结构特点,简单介绍了管材连续热处理装置控制系统的配置、结构,设计了控制系统的通信网络,详细的介绍通信系统的硬件配置、组态和软件编程;设备投运后,控制系统运行平稳、可靠。Pipe continuous heat treatment equipment is composed of many sets of equipment and working stations, and the single equipment can be operation independently, or can be combined operation, the equipments or the working stations need for data communication among work stations. This article combining with the characteristics of distributed control system structure, control system configuration and composition of the tubing continuous heat treatment device are introduced simply.
