摘 要:作为一种低成本和可再生的竹炭产业副产物,富含酚类物质的竹焦油是合成缩合多环多核芳香烃(COPNA)树脂的理想原料。以竹焦油为原料,以对苯二甲醇为交联剂,在对甲苯磺酸的催化作用下合成COPNA树脂。采用气相色谱质谱(GC-MS)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、热失重(TG)、元素分析等对竹焦油和COPNA树脂的组成、结构和耐热性进行了分析。结果表明,竹焦油能与对苯二甲醇合成COPNA树脂,其反应机理是在酸催化下的阳离子缩聚反应,合成的COPNA树脂具有较好的耐热性和较高的残炭率,其起始分解温度350℃,900℃残炭值40.62%,β树脂含量32.8%,软化点51℃。As a kind of low cost, renewable byproduct from bamboo charcoal, bamboo tar with hundreds of organic compounds, could be a promising chemical feedstock for the preparation of condensed polynuclear aromatic (COPNA) resin . The COPNA resin was synthesized from bamboo tar using 1,4-benzene-dimethanol(PXG) as a cross-linking agent ,and p-toluene sulphonic acid as the catalyst. The properties of bamboo tar and the resultant COPNA resin were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC- MS),infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR), element analysis (EA) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG). The results show that bamboo tar contains large amounts of aromatic hydrocarbon compounds, and is an excellent al- ternative to synthesis COPNA resin. In addition the synthesis mechanism of bamboo tar with PXG was confirmed to be a positive ion-type condensation polymerization catalyzed by acid. The resultant COPNA resin possessed good thermal stability and high carbon residue with the initial decomposition temperature of above 350 ℃, and carbon residue of 40.62% at the temperature of 900 ℃. The softening point was 51 ℃ and the content of β resin was 32.8%.
