摘  要:采用电感耦合等离子体光谱(ICP—OES)标准加入法测定了铌炉灰中铌的含量。确定了铌元素测定谱线为Nb269.706nm;选择标准加入法消除了测定过程中的基体效应;用HF、HNO,对铌炉灰进行溶解,经分取、稀释后制得了样品溶液;建立的校准曲线线性相关系数均在0.999以上;用于实际样品分析,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=7)小于0.50%,加标回收率在95.7%-108.1%之间。The content of niobium in niobium furnace ash was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) standard addition method. Nb 269.706nm as analysis lines was deter- mined. The standard addition method was selected to remove matrix effect. The niobium furnace ash was dissolved with hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid, and the samples were prepared after separation and dilution. The linear cor- relation coefficient of calibration curves was greater than 0.999. The relative standard deviation of determination results was less than 0.50% (n=7), the recovery rate was from 95.7% to 108.1%.
