摘　　要：凝胶过滤色谱法是分离纯化天然产物的有效方法之一,Sephadex LH-20是最常用的一种葡聚糖凝胶填料,具有操作简便、分离纯度高,适用于多种有机溶剂等优点,可用于分离纯化苯丙素、黄酮、醌类、生物碱和萜类等天然产物。本文对Sephadex LH-20的分离原理和特性及在天然产物分离纯化中的应用方面进行系统综述,为相关的分离纯化研究和实际生产提供了重要的参考依据。Gel filtration chromatography is one of the effective methods to isolate and purify natural products, Sephadex LH-20 is one of the most commonly used dextran gel, It has the advantages of simple operation, high separation purity, and is suitable for many kinds of organic solvents, can be used for separation and purification of the natural products of the natural products such as, phenylpropanoids, quinones, flavonoids, alkaloids and triter- penoid Saponins. In this paper, the separation principle and characteristics of Sephadex LH-20 and its application in the separation and purification of natural products are summarized, It provides an important reference for the study of the separation and purification and the actual production.
