摘 要:采用Al_2O_3粉为基体,加入TRIP钢粉做烧结助剂,通过热压烧结技术制备TRIP-Al_2O_3复合材料,研究TRIP钢的马氏体相变对TRIP-Al_2O_3复合材料力学性能和耐磨性的影响规律,结果表明,TRIP-Al_2O_3复合材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性随TRIP钢含量的增加呈先增加后降低趋势,当TRIP钢含量达到15(wt)%时,抗弯强度和断裂韧性值最大,分别为559MPa和8.2MPa·m^1/~2;在弯曲载荷作用下TRIP钢发生了马氏体相变,随TRIP钢含量的增加马氏体转变量增大;对比磨损试验发现,TRIP-Al_2O_3复合材料与普通金属轴承材料相对磨损率都随时间的延长而增大,普通金属轴承材料的相对磨损率磨损分为两个阶段,时间小于60h,相对磨损率小于1.55,磨损时间超过60h后,相对磨损率显著增加且接近2.56;而TRIP-Al_2O_3复合材料的相对磨损率开始较大,随着时间增加逐渐变小,达到稳定磨损后相对磨损率呈逐渐增大趋势,但总体相对磨损率比普通金属轴承材料小很多。The effect laws of martensitic transformatio of TRIP steal on mechanical property and abrasion per- formance of TRIP-A12O3 composite which was prepared by hot pressed sintering with A12O3 as matrix and TRIP steal powder as sintering aid were studied. The results showed that bending strength and fracture toughness of composite went increased then decreased with the content of TRIP increased. TRIP steal had martensitic transformation under flexural load, and the content of TRIP steal increased with martensitic transformation increased. Contrast wear test showed that the wear rate increased of both of composite and common material with time. But the wear rate of comoosite was less than common material.
