伊冯串补装置典型故障原因分析及处理措施

摘　　要：针对500 k V伊敏—冯屯串补电容器补偿装置(简称伊冯串补)运行过程中出现的故障,如阀基电子设备VBE电源板故障导致旁路断路器合闸、次同步谐振SSR保护误动作、断路器三相不一致保护动作、金属氧化物限压器MOV保护动作造成旁路断路器合闸等故障,根据伊冯串补的原理和结构特殊性,结合伊冯串补保护动作和录波数据,分析故障产生的原因,通过更换故障元件、优化保护程序、修改保护动作逻辑、加强设备制造工艺和设备维护等措施,提高了串补的抗干扰能力和运行稳定性,现场运行情况表明:采取的改进措施会使伊冯串补存在的隐患得到根本性消除,同时证明了防范措施的正确性和有效性。As for such faults of 500 kV series capacitor compensation devices（Fengtun to Yimin series compensation in short）in operation such bypass circuit breaker due to the fault of power supply board of valve base electronic equipment（VBE）,protection mal-operation sub-synchronous resonance（SSR）,three- phase inconsistence protection of circuit breaker and circuit breaker close due to protection action of metal oxidization varistor（MOV）,the reason of the fault is analyzed in accordance with the principle and structural feature of Yimin-Fengtun series compensation and with combination of operation and record data of the compensation,the interference-resistance ability and operation stability are improved by way of replacing the faulty parts,optimizing protection procedure,modifying protection operation logic and strengthening manufacturing process and maintenance etc. of the equipment. It is shown by the operation at site that the existed hidden faults in the Yimin-Fengtun series compensation can be eliminated completely by the adopted modification measures and, at the same time, the correctness and validity of the preventive measures are proved.
