摘  要:超级电容器在许多领域得到了越来越广泛的应用,但是工作电压不平衡是阻碍其发展的一个重要因素。为了抑制分散性对电容单体电压的影响,减小单体电容之间的电压差,增加电容器的使用寿命,电容器往往需要作均压处理。针对单电容均压法搭建了相应的电路模型,在单电容均压基础上提出了新的改进控制策略对电压进行二次均衡,分析了其工作特性和电压均衡的详细过程,最后通过Matlab进行了仿真验证,结果表明该方法具有结构简单、效率高等特点,有很高的实用性。Super capacitor is used widely in many fields, but the imbalance of operating voltage is an important factor affecting its development. The grading treatment is normally made for the purpose of suppressing the influence of the dispersion on voltage of single capacitor, reducing voltage difference between the single capacitors and increasing service life of the capacitor. As for the single capacitance grading method, the corresponding circuit model is set up and, on this basis of which, the new mod- ification strategy is proposed for second gradation of voltage. The operating feature and detailed pro- cess of voltage gradation are analyzed and, finally, the simulation verification by way of Matlab is made. It is shown by the result that the method has such features as simple structure,high efficiency and applicability.
