摘 要:产品的设计、制造、使用和终端处理过程涵盖了设计决策、加工制造、消费者满意度等多个元素。为了揭示公差相关设计决策如何影响这些元素和产品的可持续性,使设计者从产品生命周期的角度做出合理的设计决策,提出了一种面向产品可持续性的公差设计决策模型,以有向图的形式展现出各元素对产品可持续性的影响,并用"+""-"分别表示元素间的促进与约束关系,揭示了其中的反馈作用和权衡问题。将此决策模型应用于曲轴设计的实例中,证实了该模型的实用性,并提出了对曲轴的经济影响、环境影响和社会影响进行量化的数学模型,从而证实了通过公差的优化设计能够改善产品的可持续性。The product lifecycle from design phase to end-of-life management contains many elements, such as the design decision, the manufacturing, customer satisfaction and so on. To reveal the tolerance related design decisions how to affect these elements and the sustainability of the product, and to help the designers make appropriate decisions considering the lifecycle of the product, a tolerance design decision-making model based on the sustainability of the product is proposed. In this model,the impact of these.elements to sustainability is presented,and the promoting and restraining relationships among the elements are showed respectively with the signs " + " and " - ",and the feedback and trade-off issues are indicated simultaneously. To demonstrate the practicability of the proposed decision-making model, a design of crankshaft is used as the case study. In the case study, the mathematical models that are used to quantify the economic impact, the environmental impact and the social impact of the crankshaft are proposed and consequently,it verifies that the optimal design to the toler- ance is able to promote the sustainability of the product.
