摘　　要：通过对传统脱氧工艺制度的优化,炼钢采用硅脱氧工艺、脱氧合金化后移工艺、碳脱氧工艺等方面降低脱氧剂合金成本。通过脱氧合金化工艺的调整,不仅保证了产品的质量,而且大幅度降低炼钢厂的合金成本。In this paper, through the optimization of the traditional system of steelmaking deoxidization process, using silicon-deoxidation process, deoxidization-after-refining process, carbon-deoxidization process etc. to reduce the cost of deoxidization. Through the process of deoxidation alloy adjustment, not only to ensure the quality of the product, but greatly reduce the cost of the alloys in steelmaking plant.
