Seroprevalence of Cytomegalovirus Antibodies in Voluntary Blood Donors of Jiangsu Province and Its Strategies

摘　　要：目的：检测献血者中巨细胞病毒（CMV）抗体情况，为输血前CMV检测提供依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法对无偿献血者和互助献血者进行CMV-IgG和CMV-IgM抗体检测，同时检测肾移植患者，并进行比较。结果无偿献血者中CMV-IgM阳性率12.14%，CMV-IgG阳性率97.51%。互助献血者中CMV-IgM阳性率13.51%，CMV-IgG阳性率95.97%；肾移植患者中CMV-IgM阳性率35.95%，CMV-IgG阳性率99.17%。无偿献血者、互助献血者和肾移植患者之间CMV-IgG阳性率差异没有统计学意义。肾移植患者的CMV-IgM阳性率高于无偿献血者和互助献血者。两组献血者之间的CMV-IgM阳性率差异没有统计学意义。结论献血者中有一定比例的人群存在CMV-IgM抗体阳性，对于肾移植等免疫力低下的受血者建议输注CMV-IgM抗体阴性的血液。ObjectiveThe seroprevalence of cytomegalovirus （CMV） antibodies was determined, for the purpose of providing evidence for CMV screening before transfusion.Methods The CMV-IgM and IgG antibodies in voluntary blood donors, family blood donors, and patients after kidney transplantation were detected by enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay. The positive percentages of CMV antibodies were compared among these groups.Results Anti-CMV IgM and IgG seroprevalence in the voluntary blood donors was 12.14% and 97.51%, respectively. Anti-CMV IgM and IgG seroprevalence in the family blood donors was 13.51% and 95.97%, respectively. Anti-CMV IgM and IgG seroprevalence in the patients after kidney transplantation was 35.95% and 99.17%, respectively. There was no significant difference in anti-CMV IgG among the three groups. The percentage of anti-CMV IgM antibody in patients after kidney transplantation was higher than those in voluntary and family blood donors. There was no signiifcant difference between two blood donor groups.Conclusion The blood donors in the study region had high seroprevalence of anti-CMV IgM. The blood component screening strategies are required for blood transfusion patients, who are immunodeifciency, such as kidney transplantation recipients.
