摘  要:本试验旨在应用套算法分析肉用绵羊常用10种粗饲料的概略养分含量对其有效能值及消化率的影响,基于概略养分含量建立粗饲料代谢能(ME)及营养物质消化率的预测模型。采用消化代谢试验和呼吸代谢试验结合套算法测定10种常用粗饲料的营养物质消化率、消化能(DE)及ME,在分析各种原料概略养分含量、消化率、DE和ME的基础上,筛选出最佳预测因子并建立有效能值预测方程。结果表明:单一粗饲料各营养物质消化率、有效能值存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。单一粗饲料干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、总能(GE)、粗蛋白质(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)的消化率与其DM、OM、GE、CP含量均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与其NDF、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。DE和ME与其DM、OM、GE、CP含量均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),而与其NDF和ADF含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。综合得出,可以通过概略养分预测粗饲料营养物质消化率,能量消化率(ED)的预测方程为:ED(%)=99.013+9.588 GE+0.157 CP-0.457 ADF-1.981 OM-0.213 NDF(R2=0.974,n=60,P<0.01)。可以通过概略养分预测粗饲料有效能值,随着预测因子的增加,方程精确性有所提高,M E的预测方程为:ME(MJ/kg)=-6.943-0.101NDF+0.704GE-0.101ADF+0.138OM+0.032 CP(R2=0.994,n=60,P<0.01)。This study aimed to investigate the effects of common nutrient contents determined by on effective energy values and digestibility of 10 roughages commonly used for mutton sheep,and develop prediction equations for metabolizable energy(M E) and nutrient digestibility based on common nutrient contents.Nutrients digestibility,digestible energy(DE) and M E of 10 roughages were measured in digestion and metabolism trial and gas metabolism trial using substitution method.The optimal prediction parameters were selected and equations for effective energy values were established based on the results of common nutrient contents and digestibility,DE and M E.The results showed as follows:there weresignificant differences of nutrient digestibility and effective energy values among the 10 roughages(P〈0.05).Digestibility of dry matter(DM),organic matter(OM),gross energy(GE),crude protein(CP) and neutral detergent fiber(NDF) were positively related to contents of DM,OM,GE and CP(P〈0.01),but negatively related to contents of NDF and acid detergent fiber(ADF)(P〈0.01).DE and M E had positive relationship with contents of DM,OM,GE and CP(P〈0.01),but were negatively related to contents of NDF and ADF(P〈0.01).These results indicate that the nutrient digestibility could be predicted based on common nutrient contents,and the equation for energy digestibility(ED) is as follows:ED(%) = 99.013 + 9.588 GE + 0.157 CP-0.457 ADF-1.981 OM-0.213 NDF(R2= 0.974,n = 60,P〈0.01).The effective energy values can be predicted based on common nutrient contents,with the increase of predictor number,prediction equation accuracy improves,and the equation for M E is as follows:M E(M J/kg) =-6.943-0.101 NDF + 0.704 GE-0.101 ADF + 0.138 OM + 0.032 CP(R2= 0.994,n = 60,P〈0.01).
