摘 要:为及时准确地确定综合交通项目安全事故的最佳的安全应急方案,设计一个基于云模型理论的安全应急方案比选方法。首先,构建适用于综合交通项目安全应急方案评价的指标体系。其次,根据评价云厚度对指标进行循环改进式打分,获得评价指标的评价云和权重云,将其代入综合云公式求得参考云。最后,通过Matlab编程将待评安全应急方案评价云与参考云绘制于同一幅3D云图中,逐一进行云相似性比较,云相似性最高者为最佳方案。用这个方法能够实现综合交通项目安全应急方案的可视化比选。This paper was aimed at developing method for making comparison among safety emergency response plans for comprehensive transportation projects in order to choose a good one from safety emergency response plans available when a safety accident occurrs. Firstly, a index system was established which is suitable for comprehensive transportation projects. Secondly, a method was worked out for cycle improvement rating selected indexes according to cloud thickness to get their evaluation clouds and weights of their evaluation clouds, then they were put into the comprehensive formula to get a reference cloud. At last, the reference cloud and evaluation clouds were drawn on one 3D cloud picture by Matlab. A comparison was made between each evaluation cloud and the reference cloud, the plan having the greatest similarity is the best. This method can be used to realize visual comparison between safety emergency plans of comprehensive transportation projects.
