摘　　要：2011年日本大地震的发生,使东京电力福岛第一核电站放射性物质大量泄漏,产生了政府对泄漏的有关放射物质的信息没有完全公开等问题。整理、对比与研究国际社会对此问题的处理及规定,可供我国相关法律制度的完善所参考。The earthquake of east Japan in 2011 caused the radioactive substances leakage of Fukushima No. 1 Nuclear Power Plant of Tokyo Electric Power Co. , and then there were some problems related to the leakage, such as the government＇ s information is not fully open. Sorting, contrast and research of the international society＇ s processing and regulation on the issue can be taken as the reference to the perfection of the related legal system.
