摘 要:目的:探索安徽省鹞落坪自然保护区不同居群鱼腥草叶面积、叶绿素含量及相关性,为鱼腥草生态栽培、科学管理、良种选育提供了科学依据。方法:扫描仪测定法、丙酮法和生物统计学方法。结果:不同居群鱼腥草叶面积、叶绿素含量具极显著性差异。叶面积与总叶绿素(Chl)、叶绿素a(Chl a)和叶绿素b(Chlb)含量均呈二项式相关,叶面积与Chl a/Chlb呈负线性相关;光照强度与鱼腥草Chl,Chl a,Chl b含量和Chl a/Chlb之间均呈负线性相关,叶面积与光照强度呈多项式相关。而Chl a/Chlb与Chl,Chl a,Chl b含量呈负线性相关,Chl与Chl a,Chl b含量之间均呈极显著正线性相关。结论:不同居群鱼腥草叶面积与叶绿素含量之间存在适应性变化,鱼腥草具有较好的耐荫特性。H1居群鱼腥草叶绿素含量、叶面积最大,Chl a/Chlb最小,H1居群的生境最适合鱼腥草药材生产。Objective: To explore the correlations between leaf area and chlorophyll content on Houttuynia cordatain different populations of ~aoluoping Nature Reserve, Anhui Province the research provided the scientific basisfor its ecological cultivation, scientific management and breeding. Methods: Analysis was performed by thescanner determining mensuration method , acetone method and biometrical method. Results: The leaf area andchlorophyll content had extremely significant differences on Houttuynia cordata in different populations. The leafarea had binomial correlation with the content of total Chl, Chla, Chlb. The leaf area and ratio of Chla and Chlbwas a negative linear correlation. The content of total Chl, Chla, Chlb and ratio of Chla and Chlb had also a neg-ative linear correlation with light intensity, which had polynomial correlation with leaf area. Moreover, ratio ofChl a and Chlb had a negative linear correlation with content of total Chl , Chla and Chlb, while total Chl contenthad a extremely significant positive linear correlation with content of Chla and Chlb. Conclusion: The leaf areaand the chlorophyll content of Houttuynia cordata had adaptive changes in different Houttuynia cordata popula-tions, Houttuynia cordata exhibited the shade - tolerant characteristics. The habitat of H1 population was themost suitable for the medicinal materials production with the highest content of chlorophyll and leaf area, the low-est ratio of Chla and Chlb.
