摘 要:两性聚丙烯酰胺(Ampholytic Polyacryamide,简称Am PAM)分子链上同时含有正、负两种电荷的两性聚电解质,兼有絮凝、吸附等作用,广泛应用在造纸、废水处理、石油开采等行业。采用光引发溶液聚合制备两性聚丙烯酰胺,通过研究不同工艺条件对聚合速率和产物特性粘数的影响规律,得出最佳的工艺条件为:反应温度47.5℃;引发剂浓度2.25‰(基于单体质量);单体浓度12%(基于溶液总质量)。在此基础上,通过红外谱图分析,证实得到的产物是两性聚丙烯酰胺。Ampholytic Polyacryamide (AmPAM) with both cation and anion group was widely used in paper industry, wastewater treatment, oil exploitation as flocculation and adsorbent. The ampholytic polyacryamide were prepared via solution polymerization initiatd by V-50 under UV radiation. The influences of the different conditions on the polymerization rate and intrinsic viscosity of AmPAM were studied. The optimal conditions were summarized as follows: the reaction temperature was 47.5 ℃, the concentration of initiator was 2.25‰, the concentration of monomer was 12%. By the FTIR spectra, it was confirmed that the ampholytic polyelectrolyte were obtained in the present work.
