正交试验法优化中药复方口腔溃疡贴膜的制备工艺

摘　　要：为了优化中药复方口腔溃疡贴膜剂的制备工艺,以黄芩、金银花、青黛、冰片四味药为主组成治疗口腔溃疡复方,以PVA17-88(聚乙烯醇)、甘油作为成膜材料,以黄芩苷溶出度作为评价指标,采用正交试验优化成膜材料比例。结果显示:最佳工艺是PVA17-88用量为1 g,甘油用量占加水量的0.5%,加水量为成膜材料的5倍。运用该法制得中药复方口腔溃疡贴膜平整均匀,粘性好,且脱模性能良好,黄芩苷溶出度较高。正交试验优选出的处方组成具有良好的成膜性,工艺简单,稳定,合理可行。To optimize the preparation technology of Chinese medicine compound oral ulcer film by orthogonal test, taking scutellaria root, honeysuckle, indigo, borneol four herbs medicines based medicine composition for treating oral ulcer compound, using the PVA17- 88 （polyvinyl alcohol） and glycerol as membrane materials, the dissolution concentration of baicalin was used as evaluation index, and the proportion of membrane materials was optimized by orthogonal test. Results showed that the best process was PVA17-88 with dosage of 1 gram, glycerol accounted for 0. 5% of the amount of water, the amount of water was 5 times as much as that of film forming material. Chinese medicine compound oral ulcer film was smooth, good viscosity and good was higher. The prescription composition by orthogonal test reasonable and feasible. release performance, and the baicalin dissolution degree has good film forming ability, simple process, stable,
