摘  要:采用腰果壳油、甲醛及二乙醇胺发生曼尼希反应(Mannich)合成了腰果壳油生物基多元醇,并以此多元醇制备了低吸水率硬质聚氨酯泡沫。合成实验结果表明:腰果壳油/甲醛/二乙醇胺的最佳投料摩尔比1:1.2:1,最佳反应温度为80℃,反应时间为1.5h。发泡结果表明:腰果壳油生物基多元醇制备的硬质聚氨酯泡沫具有良好的低吸水率性能,且在使用份数为40~45份时吸水率最低达到1.3%。腰果壳油生物基多元醇在低吸水率硬质聚氨酯泡沫领域具有一定的应用前景。The cashew nut shell liquid-based polyol was synthesized through the Mannich reaction of cashew nut shell liquid, formaldehyde and diethanol amine. At the same time, the high-temperature resistant rigid PU foam was prepared using the cashew nut shell liquid-based polyol as raw material. The synthetic experiments showed that the best molar ratio of cashew nut shell liquid-formaldehyde-diethanol amine was 1 ." 1.2 " 1, the best reaction temperature was 80 ~C and the reaction time was 1.5 h. The foam tests showed that the rigid PU foam had very good water resistant properties. When the added parts reached 40 -45 pbws, the foam had the best water resistant property, the water adsorption rate reached 1.3%. The cashew nut shell liquid -based polyol has good prospects in the field of low-water adsorption rigid polyurethane foam.
