摘  要:采用铝片还原-高锰酸钾滴定法进行全铁含量的测定,不仅避免了汞和铬对人体的伤害,减少了实验对环境的污染,而且实验证明,本法测全铁含量取得了较好的实验结果。本文通过单因素实验和正交试验确定了该法的最佳条件:混酸用量为25 m L,盐酸用量为6.5 m L,提出在滴定前还需加入硫酸锰溶液,且其最佳用量为40 m L,从而提高了实验测定结果,完善了该方法测铁的全过程。The aluminum reduction-potassium permanganate titration method was used for the determination of total iron content, which avoided the mercury and chromium in the harm to human body, and reduced the experimental pollution to the environment. The experiments showed that this measure total iron content had achieved good results. Through the single factor experiment and orthogonal test, the best condition of the law was determined as follows: mixed acid dosage was 25 mL, hydrochloric acid dosage was 6.5 mL, the need to join manganese sulfate solution in front of the titration was put forward, and the best dosage was 40 mL, so as to improve the experimental determination results and the whole process of the method to measure iron.
