摘　　要：良好的专业英语水平是现代化学制药企业优秀员工应该具备的基本素质之一。因此,进行化学制药专业英语课程教学的改革探索,对培养符合市场需求的复合型化学制药专业人才具有重要意义。通过提高师生对专业英语的重视程度,创新课程教学组织形式,提升教学技能技巧,引入微信平台辅助课程教学,以及改进课程考核方式等手段,激发学生的学习热情,达到了较好的教学效果。Good command in English is one of basic qualities of the excellent employees of pharmaceutical enterprises. Therefore, there is a tremendous need to reform and innovative English teaching program of pharmaceutical specialty. The target is to train pharmaceutical compound talents with market demand. Increasing the emphasis of teachers and students on professional English, innovating in teaching organizational form of the curriculum, improving teaching skills and techniques, the introduction of weChat platform, reforming curriculum assessment methods, these measures effective improved students＇ enthusiasm in learning professional English.
