摘 要:大田试验条件下,研究了不同氮肥用量对杂交中粳9优418稻米品质的影响,结果表明:氮肥用量对稻米粒长、粒宽、长宽比、垩白大小、垩白度、糙米率、精米率、碱消值无显著影响。垩白粒率随着氮肥用量的增加表现出先升高后降低的趋势,以T3最低,为12.27%。胶稠度、直链淀粉含量以及食味评分均表现出随着氮肥用量的增加而降低。The effects of nitrogen fertilizer rate on rice quality of medium japonica hybrid rice 9 you 418 were studied under filed condi?tions. The results showed that the nitrogen fertilizer rate had no significant effects on the grain length, grain width, length-width rati?o, chalkiness degree, chalkiness size, brown rice rate, polished rice rate and alkali value. The percentage of chalky rice was increased at first and decreased subsequently as increasing the nitrogen fertilizer rates, and the percentage of chalky rice of treatment T3 was the lowest. The amylose content, gel consistency and taste value were decreased significantly as increasing the nitrogen fertilizer rates.
