摘 要:在确定不同干化程度湿污泥直接与粉煤灰页岩混合制备轻骨料料球的掺量后,研究了不同含水率的污泥对轻骨料性能的影响,分析了导致轻骨料膨胀率、颗粒强度和吸水率变化的原因。结果表明:污泥含水率为60%时,制备料球的直接掺人量可以达到52%,污泥含水率为65%-70%,焙烧温度为1160℃,制备的轻骨料1h吸水率小于2.0%、颗粒强度分别为8.5、8.9MPa,达到高性能轻骨料的要求。After determining the proportion of wet sludge with different degrees of dryness introduced directly into flyash and shale for making light-weight balls, this paper studies the impact of different moisture contents of sludge upon light-weight aggregate performance, and discusses the causes that may explain the variation in expansion ratio, grain strength, and water absorption of light-weight aggregate. The results suggest that:for sludge with a moisture content of 60%, the maximum proportion of introduction could be 52% when making balls;with a moisture content of sludge at 65%-70% and a calcination temperature at 1 160℃, the resulting light-weight aggregate has a water absorption of less than 2.0% at 1 h, its grain strength is 8.5 MPa and 8.9 MPa respectively, satisfying the requirement for high-perfor- mance light-weight aggregate.
