摘  要:建立废弃纤维再生混凝土分布模型,取再生骨料取代率为50%的C30基体再生混凝土,加入体积取代率为0.12%,长度为15 mm的废弃纤维,在ABAQUS中建立14个二维分布模型,对其进行单轴拉伸数值模拟,定义三个废弃纤维分布系数:分布均匀性系数β、分布聚拢性系数γ、分布角度系数λ,得出β、γ、λ对废弃纤维再生混凝土性能的影响规律。研究表明:废弃纤维再生混凝土的破坏机理都是裂缝始于混凝土界面,纤维在裂缝开展过程中起到阻裂作用;纤维角度分布情况对基体混凝土抗拉承载力影响很大,而纤维的个数分布均匀性、聚拢程度对承载力影响不大;纤维角度分布情况对基体混凝土变形能力影响很小,但个数分布均匀性、聚拢程度对变形能力影响显著。Establishing waste fiber recycled concrete distribution model, only for recycled concrete whose recycled aggregate replace- ment ratio is 50% and design strength at C30, adding waste polypropylene fibers with volume substitution rate of 0.12% and a length of 15 mm, 14 different two-dimensional microscopic waste fiber distribution models were established with ABAQUS to simulate the uniaxial tensile test, the three different waste fiber distribution uniformity coefficients were define:uniformity coefficient β, gather distribution co- efficient γ, and angle distribution coefficient λ, finally the effects of β,γ, λ on waste fiber recycled concrete tensile properties were obtained.The study shows that the mechanism of fracture of waste fiber recycled concrete is that cracks start with matrix concrete and are resisted by waste fiber during launch.The distribution situation of fiber angle has great influence on the matrix concrete tensile beating force, however, the distribution uniformity and the gather degree of bearing capacity of fiber just has little effect on it; on the other hand, The distribution situation of fiber angle can hardly effect the matrix concrete's deformation ability,but the distribution uniform and the gather degree of fiber effect the matrix concrete's deformation ability significantly.
