摘　　要：随着应用型高校建设的展开,对大学生思想政治教育工作提出了新的要求。本文从加强社会主义核心价值观、发扬中华民族优良传统、创新人才培养模式、应用型辅导员队伍建设等方面,探讨了"培养什么人""怎么培养人"的应用型高校大学生思想政治教育工作。With the expansion of the construction of application-oriented colleges and universities, new requirements have been put forward for the ideological and political education of college students. Therefore, this article explores the ideological and political education of college students in application-oriented colleges from strengthening core socialist values, carrying forward the fine tradition of the Chinese nation, innovating talent training models, and constructing an application-oriented counselor team.
