摘　　要：在依法治国原则的深化下,学生的法制意识越来越强,对高校进行依法管理已经成为时代的呼声,但是近年来频发的学校与高校的诉讼纠纷,表明了现阶段高校学生管理中还存在诸多法律漏洞。高校管理人员需要摒弃传统模式,建立起全新的管理制度,真正站在学生的角度思考问题,关注他们的客观需求,保护好学生的合法权益,营造出合法的育人环境。Under the principle of governing the country according to law, studentsqegal consciousness is more and more strong,it is uegent to manage the university according to law, but recently litigation disputes fl＇equently happened schools and collegesand universities, indicating that the present stage in the management of college students still exist many loopholes in the law.University administrators need to abandon the traditional mode, to establish a new management system, really stand in the per-spective of students, pay attention to their ohjective demand, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the students, createa legitimate educational environment.
