摘 要:在田间采用双因素系统分组试验方法,研究了不同嫁接时间对福建省油茶闽43#、48#、60#优良无性系芽苗砧嫁接育苗成效的影响。结果表明:参试的3个品种对芽苗砧嫁接育苗成效(成活率、苗高、地径)的影响不显著;而不同嫁接时间对M43、M48、M60芽苗砧嫁接苗的成活率、苗木高度的影响达极显著水平,对地径的影响不显著,说明嫁接时间是影响油茶优良无性系芽苗砧嫁接育苗成效的关键因素之一。参试的3个优良无性系中,它们的最佳嫁接时间分别为:M43为5月6~20日,M48为5月11~25日,M60为5月16~30日,此时嫁接的苗木成活率高、苗木生长良好。在生产上应根据不同油茶优良无性系的生物学特性,选择最佳嫁接时间,可显著提高油茶芽苗砧嫁接育苗成效。We used double-factor system grouping test in the fieldto studythe influence of different grafting time ongrafted seedling effectof theCamelliabud stock grafting of superior clonesMin 43#,48#and 60#inFujian.The results showed that:the grafting effect of three varietieswas not significantonbud stock grafting(survival rate,seedling height,ground diameter);whilethe influence of different grafting time of M43,M48 and M60bud stockgrafting on survival rate and seedling height reached toan extremely significant level,and their influence on ground diameter was not significant.Therefore grafting time wasone of the key factorsthatinfluencedCamellia cloneson the performance of the grafted bud stock.The best grafting timeof three cloneswereshownrespectively as follows:M43,May 6th-20th;M48,May 11th-25th;M60,May 16th-30 th,with high survival rate of grafted seedlings andgood seedlings growth during these periods.We should choose the best grafting time according to the biological characteristics of different superior clones,which would significantly in crease the budstock graftingof Camellia.
