摘 要:使用阱型高纯锗γ谱仪测量了待测滤材样品和参比溶液中241 Am 59.5keV和239 Pu 129.3keV的能峰计数比,结合参比溶液中已知的241 Am/239Pu原子比数据给出了滤材样品的241 Am/239 Pu原子比,结果与滤材样品经化学处理后采用同位素稀释质谱法测量的241 Am/239Pu原子比在不确定度范围内一致。The ratio of 239 Pu 129.3keV and 241 Am 59.5keVγpeak areas was measured by well-type HPGeγspectrometer for filter samples and reference solution,respectively.Atom ratios of 241 Am and 239 Pu in filter samples were calculated according to the count ratios and the atom ratio of 241 Am and 239 Pu in reference solution.Then filter samples were digested chemically and the contents of 241 Am and 239 Pu were determined using isotope dilution mass spectrometric(ID-ICP-MS)analysis combined with radiochemical separation.The results with two methods are coincident with each other within the uncertainties.
