摘 要:煤化工项目技术集成度高,质量要求高的特点,决定了项目实施过程控制管理的难度,笔者通过煤化工项目工程建设特点阐述,分析了工程建设传统承包管理模式EP+C与EPC、国际上通用PMC+EPC管理模式、IPMT+EPC+(工程)监理、IPMT+(EP+C)+监理项目管理模式的优缺点,并论述了IPMT+(EP+C)+监理项目管理模式在年产60万吨煤制甲醇项目工程建设上的成功应用,提出了煤化工工程建设项目管理模式的选择建议。The difficulty of the project implementation process control and management is determined by the characteristics of coal chemical technology,such as high integration projects and high quality requirements.In the paper,we have described the characteristics of coal chemical construction project,analyzed advantage and disadvantage of project management model including the traditional construction contract management EP + C and EPC(Engineering,Procurement,Construction),the international common PMC + EPC management pattern,Integrated Project Management(IPMT)+ EPC + engineering project supervisor management pattern and IPMT +(EP + C)+ supervisor management pattern.In addition,we have discussed the successful application of the IPMT +(EP + C)+ supervisor management pattern in the annual output of 600,000 tons coal to methanol project construction.Finally,we have reported some selective advices on project management pattern of coal chemical industry construction.
