摘　　要：目的了解2010年克山病病区居民心电图异常程度,提出异常心电图指数概念,为量化心电图异常程度和克山病的防治提供依据。方法采用非概率抽样方法,对克山病病区居民进行人口学资料调查和临床检查,以《克山病诊断标准》(GB17021-1997)为诊断标准。结果此次调查13省共46 836人中,心电图异常人数为7 851人,异常率为16.8%。检出潜在型克山病患者802人,慢型克山病患者240人。克山病患者异常心电图以束支传导阻滞和T波和(或)ST段改变为主。慢型克山病患者异常心电图指数平均值(1.22±0.49)大于潜在型克山病患者(1.11±0.32)。结论此次调查的病区,心电图异常指数较高,提示病区居民还在受致病因素影响。Objective To explore the Electrocardiogram（ ECG） changes of residents in Keshan disease endemic in 2010 and put forward the concept of abnormal ECG index of Keshan disease.This study provides basis for the prevention and treatment of Keshan disease and quantitative degree of abnormal ECG.Methods Using the method of non probability sampling.Study on the diagnosis of Keshan disease（ GB17021-1997） as diagnostic criteria,collected demographic data and clinical examination of Keshan disease area residents data.Results ECG of 46 836 cases were performed in the selected 12 provinces,in which 7 851 cases showed abnormal ECG,up to 16.8%.1 042 cases were confirmed as latent and chronic Keshan diseases.804 cases were latent Keshan and 240 cases were chronic Keshan.Bund branch block and ST-T change were the major abnormal ECG change of Keshan disease patients.Abnormal ECG index average value of latent and chronic Keshan disease patients were 1.11±0.32 and1.22±0.49,respectively.The average value of latent Keshan disease patients is higher than chronic.Conclusion The rate of abnormal ECG was higher in the area of the investigation,suggesting that the residents were still affected by the pathogenic factors.
