摘  要:目的研究河北省分离的鼠疫耶尔森菌的生物化学性状。方法采用液体汤管法和固体试管法测定17株河北省分离的鼠疫耶尔森菌对糖醇的酵解能力和生化反应。结果 17株鼠疫耶尔森菌表现为酵解甘油﹢、鼠李糖﹣、阿胶糖﹢;密二糖72 h内不酵解,7 d以后3株菌部分糖管呈迟缓发酵;16株鼠疫耶尔森菌72 h内对麦芽糖不酵解,72 h后1株呈迟缓发酵;17株鼠疫耶尔森菌全部脱氮阴性,V-P试验阴性,尿素实验阴性,甲基红试验阳性。结论 17株鼠疫耶尔森菌按中国鼠疫耶尔森菌生态型分型标准属于鄂尔多斯高原型,主要生化特征稳定。Objective To study the biochemical characters of Yersinia pestis isolated from Hebei Province.Methods To determine the capability 17 plague strains to ferment carbohydrate-alcohols and biochemical reaction,the methods of liquid soup tube and solid tube were used.Results The 17 strains of Yersinia pestis fermented glycerol +,rhamnose-,arabinose +;Fermenting Melibiose was negative in 72 h and part ferments- tubes of 3 strains appeared slow fermentation after 7 d;The 16 strains of Yersinia pestis Fermented maltose negative in 72 h and 1 strain appeared slow fermentation after 7 d;The results of 17 strains showed negative reaction in the reducing KNO3,V-P experiment and urea decomposition;Methyl red experiment was positive.Conclusions According to Chinese Y.pestis ecotype typing standard,the 17 experimental strains of Yersinia pestis isolated from Hebei belong to Erduosi Plateau,and their main biochemical characters were stable.
