翻白草胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨翻白草胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的患者的临床效果。方法将60例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者分为实验组和对照组,各30例。实验组服用翻白草胶囊,对照组服用安慰剂,治疗半年观察两组患者的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、神经电传导速度、疼痛评分、药物显效率等指标。结果治疗前后实验组患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白、神经电传导速度、疼痛评分及药物显效率都存在明显差异;治疗后实验组与对照组上述指标存在明显差异。结论翻白草胶囊可有效改善患者的糖尿病周围神经病变,且对预后有积极作用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of potentilla discolor bunge capsule in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Sixty patients with type II diabetes were selected and divided into two groups（ n = 30）：patients given potentilla discolor bunge capsule for treatment were taken as the experiment group and those given placebo as the control group.The blood sugar value,glycosylated hemoglobin,nerve conduction velocity,pain score and overall efficiency of medicine in the two groups were observed for half a year.Results There was obvious difference shown in the blood sugar value,glycosylated hemoglobin,nerve conduction velocity,pain score and overall efficiency of medicine before and after treatment in both groups,so were those between the two groups.Conclusion Potentilla Discolor Bunge Capsule can effectively improve the peripheral neuropathy in patients with diabetes and play a more significant role in the prognosis of these patients.
