摘　　要：目的分析吡格列酮联合瑞舒伐他汀钙对老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血脂、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白6(LRP6)表达的影响。方法 124例老年T2DM患者均给予常规胰岛素及瑞舒伐他汀钙口服,观察组加用吡格列酮口服,治疗3个月,比较治疗前后血糖、血脂、VEGF、LRP6等指标变化。结果观察组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)均显著降低(P<0.05),总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)显著降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著升高,对照组仅TC、LDL-C有所降低(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后VEGF、LRP6均显著降低,观察组降低更为明显(P<0.05)。结论吡格列酮联合瑞舒伐他汀钙能在稳定老年T2DM患者血糖、血脂水平的基础上,降低VEGF和LRP6表达。Objective To analyze the effect of pioglitazone combined with rosuvastatin atorvastatin calcium on expression of lipid,vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF） and low density lipoprotein receptor related protein 6（ LRP6） in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes（ T2DM）.Methods A total of 124 cases of elderly patients with T2 DM were given atorvastatin calcium oral atorvastatin on conventional insulin treatment and rosuvastatin,the observation group was treated with oral administration of pioglitazone.Two groups underwent the treatment for 3 months continuously,then blood glucose,blood lipids,VEGF and LRP6 were compared.Results Fasting plasma glucose（ FPG） and glycosylated hemoglobin（ Hb A1c）,total cholesterol（ TC）,triglyceride（ TG） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（ LDL-C） decreased after treatment in the observation group（ P〈0.05）;High density lipoprotein cholesterol（ HDL-C） were significantly increased;In control group only TC,LDL-C decreased（ P〈0.05）;The two groups of patients after treatment,LRP6,VEGF were significantly reduced,the observation group decreased more significantly（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Pioglitazone combined with rosuvastatin cutting atorvastatin calcium can stabilize blood glucose and blood lipid levels of elderly patients with T2 DM,and reduce the VEGF and LRP6 expression.
