5-氨基酸酮戊酸光纤导入红光组织内照射疗法与红蓝光对中重度痤疮的临床疗效的对比研究

摘　　要：目的对比5-氨基酮戊酸(ALA)光纤导入红光组织内照射疗法与红蓝光对中重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法收集我院2013年10月至2015年6月收治的82例中重度痤疮患者,参照抽签法分作对照组和研究组,每组41例,对照组采取红蓝光治疗,研究组采取ALA光纤导入红光组织内照射疗法治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的症状积分、血清TNF-α及IL-8水平、临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组症状积分(6.85±0.73)分低于对照组(9.49±0.84)分,比较有显著差异(P<0.05);研究组血清TNF-α及IL-8水平[(29.34±4.20)ng/L、(36.41±7.23)ng/L]低于对照组[(35.26±4.59)ng/L、(40.28±7.62)ng/L],比较有明显差异(P<0.05);研究组总有效率(36/41)87.80%优于对照组的(26/41)63.41%,比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论中重度痤疮采取ALA光纤导入红光组织内照射疗法治疗的临床疗效显著优于红蓝光治疗,值得推广。Objective To Compare 5- amino ketones pentanoic acid（ ALA） fiber imported red light in the organization with red and blue light irradiation therapy on moderately severe acne.Methods A total of 82 cases of moderately severe acne from October 2013 to June 2015 were selected,who was divided into control group and research group,each group for 41 cases,control group was treated with red and blue light,the research was treated with ALA fiber imported red organize internal radiation therapy,symptoms integral,serum TNF alpha and IL- 8 levels,clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results Symptoms integral（ 6.85±0.73） of research group was lower than that of the control group（ 9.49±0.84）（ P 0.05）;serum TNF-α and IL- 8 level [（ 29.34±4.20） ng / L,（ 36.41±7.23） ng / L] of research group was lower than the that of control group（（ 35.26±4.59） ng / L,（ 40.28±7.62） ng / L]（ P 〈0.05）;the research group was superior to the control group in total effective rate 87.80%（ 36 /41）,63.41%（ 26 /41）（ P〈 0.05）.Conclusion ALA fiber imported red organizes has better clinical effect than red and blue light treatment in moderate and severe acne.
