摘　　要：目的:研究如何在突发严重交通事故中做好药品应急供应工作并加强安全服务,保障用药安全。方法:根据应急事件的特点和疾病主要构成来确定药品配备的最佳组成;并通过突发交通事故急救应急预案的演练、药学服务的全程"跟进"以及应急信息化平台的开发来探索医院在突发严重交通事故中的药品供应和药学服务保障的最佳模式。结果:结合某院医疗特色首次提供了重大交通事故时药品保障供应模式,确定了大型交通事故急救中药品配备基本框架并通过演练验证了药品急救供应模式,进行药学急救信息化建设初步设立了"应急事件快速处理平台"更利于提高应急事件的处理效率。结论:通过对交通事故药学急救保障的研究探索,在药品采购部门、供应部门、急救中心设置"绿色通道流程"实现药品应急配备的快速供应,为重大事件中药学应急处理提供切实有效的参考。OBJECTIVE To study how to supply drugs and provide pharmacy services to ensure drug safety in major traffic accidents.METHODS Characteristics of emergencies and disease constitution were investigated to determine optimum composition of drugs.Through emergency contingency plans, ＂follow-up＂ pharmacy services and development of ＂emergency response information platform＂,the best pharmacy service model in emergency was explored.RESULTS In combination with our medical characteristic,drug supply mode of major traffic accident was provided for the first time.Emergency drug supply frame for major traffic accidents was determined and verified by practice.Meanwhile, ＂rapid processing platform for emergency events＂ was initially set up to improve processing efficiency of emergency events.CONCLUSION Through studying on medicine emergency security in traffic accident emergency,a ＂green channel process＂ is set up between drug procurement department,drug supply department and emergency center to achieve fast response with supply of drugs.This study may provide an effective reference for pharmacy emergency process to major events.
