摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高及旅游文化产业的不断发展,对非遗旅游纪念品的设计开发与推广具有重要的意义。结合当下移动互联网技术和现代人的审美需求,通过对非物质文化遗产的开发与推广,最终达到对非物质文化遗产的保护和传承。本文主要探讨辽宁地区非物质文化遗产傅氏锡伯族剪纸旅游纪念品的推广现状,针对傅氏锡伯族剪纸纪念品的开发价值,研究其在当下移动互联网高速发展背景下的推广特性及创新路径。With the improvement of people＇s living standard and the continuous development of the tourism culture industry, it is of great significance to heritage tourism souvenir for development and promotion. Combined with the current mobile Internet technology and modern people＇s aesthetic demand, through the development and promotion of intangible cultural heritage, the article eventually achieves the goal of the protection of intangible cultural. Based on the situation of intangible cultural heritage in Liaoning province, this paper mainly discusses the promotion of the Fourier xibo paper-cut souvenirs and the promotion features and innovation path under the background of its high-speed development in the present mobile Internet.
