摘 要:以不同有机试剂为萃取剂,分别采用超声萃取法、索氏萃取法和微波辅助萃取法对皮革及其制品中五氯苯酚进行萃取,比较各萃取方法的萃取效果,实验结果表明,以丙酮为萃取剂微波辅助萃取效果最好。分别采用气相色谱法和气相色谱-质谱法对五氯苯酚进行测定,比较两种方法的线性关系、精密度及检出限,并对实际皮革样品进行测定,结果表明,两种测试方法的分析结果之间无显著差异。Pentachlorophenol (PCP) in leather and leather products was extracted by ultrasonic extraction technique,microwave-assisted extraction technique and soxhlet extraction technique by different organic solvents. The extraction results showed that microwave-assisted extraction with acetone was the most suitable technique. The pentachlorophenol were determined by gas chromatography and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, respectively. The linear relationship, precision and limits of quantification were compared. With these two methods, the samples of leather were measured. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the test results of two methods.
