浅谈从完善职业生涯规划教育入手提高大学生就业质量

摘　　要：高等教育已进入大众化教育阶段,大学生面临着越来越激烈的就业竞争,开展职业生涯规划教育对大学生的全面发展、职业选择与价值实现等方面具有重要的现实意义。而目前有些高校将职业生涯规划教育与就业指导混为一谈,忽视了对大学生提供职业生涯规划教育的全程性。构建、完善一套完整的职业生涯规划教育体系,对提升大学生就业竞争力和解决毕业生就业问题是一个必要的举措。With the popularization of higher education, university students are faced with increasingly fierce employment competi-tions, so career planning education should be carried out to pro-mote university students＇ comprehensive development, career se-lection and value realization. However, some universities mix ca-reer planning education with employment guidance, ignoring the whole process of university students＇ career planning. To con-struct a complete system for career planning education is a nec-essary move to improve university students＇ employment compet-itiveness and solve graduates＇ employment problems.
